I'm Cory Graciano
I'm originally from San Diego, raised in a household built on discipline and integrity — my father served 30 years in the United States Marine Corps. Those values, along with my years as a football player and coach, still shape how I guide every client today.
Before mortgages, I managed teams in hospitality, where I learned to stay calm under pressure and deliver consistent, high-level service. I kept coaching football as I moved into lending — which only reinforced what I believe: people perform best when they understand the game plan and feel supported.
That's what “Mortgage Coach” really means. My job is to simplify a complex process, explain your options in plain language, and help you make confident decisions. I don't believe in pressure or shortcuts — I believe in preparation, transparency, and strategy.
